Getting a very high JAMB score and yet not passing your Post UTME is a very painful experience and I tell you, staying one or two years more at home even after passing your JAMB is an experience I know you don’t want to have.
I have decided to write you this guide where I will carefully help you lay off the most things you fear concerning the LASU Post Ume. I understand all of those fears because once upon a time, I had such fears.
But I found something that helped me scale my fears and score very high in my Post UTME – Post UTME past questions and answers. You can get one for LASU by clicking here.
Let me tell you what I found out recently.
A couple of weeks ago, just after the JAMB registration had been concluded, I took out some time to surf the web, seeking answers to some questions that are personal to me.
During this period of my research, I stumbled upon something on the JAMB website that shook me to my bones. What I discovered in my research, though it wasn’t what I was looking for actually, was a huge eye-opener for me.
I discovered beyond doubt, that thousands of prospective students who entered LASU as their choice of institution in the concluded JAMB registration are going lose their admission.
These students are not going to lose their admissions because they are not smart or intelligent but because of some of the things I’m going to discuss here, in this article.
Look through the table of contents below for an overview of what you’ll find in this article.
So If you don’t want to be among the thousands that will be denied admission into LASU this year, here’s what to do to change that situation now…
Get the LASU Post Utme past questions in addition to the trusted hacks that I have for you now.
One thing is certain, if you follow the hacks I’m going to show you here, I can bet, you’ll cut all the speed limits and be on your high way to success. I’m sure of what I’m telling you.
Now let us consider this below:
Why do Schools Conduct Post UTME?
This has been a major question that has boggled the minds of Nigerian students over the years. I know you too have at one time or the other asked this same question.
Okay, let me quickly answer this question.
Every year, top schools like LASU and some others record tons of entries from students who have chosen them either as their first or second choice institutions.
Let’s say a school wishes to admit only a thousand or two students, but it has recorded over seven five hundred entries from prospective students. The only way it can reduce that number is by conducting a Post UTME test for the students. It is from here that they’ll select the actual number of students they want.
So, in a nutshell, Post Utme exams are conducted to reduce the number of students who chose a particular institution during their JAMB registration.
Usually, for LASU, it is an average of 30, 000 to 60, 000 entries every year but they only take 7,000 at most. That is why I recommend you to get our LASU Past Question and answers here now to start preparing on time so you can be amongst the number that will be taken.
What is the LASU Post-UTME Cut-off Mark?
Different schools have different Post UTME cut-off marks. You can only commence registration for LASU Post UTME if you scored 180 and above in the last JAMB examination.
If you must be considered for admission into LASU, you’ll need to score well above 190 in the Post Utme. Let me quickly tell you this, even with a 380 UTME score, you will need to pass LASU Post Utme cut off mark to qualify for the aggregate score calculation.
This is really important. If you score very high in JAMB and very low in Post UTME, it nullifies all of your efforts so far. So you need to score high in your Post Ume just as you’ve scored in your JAMB.
The composite score is generated from O’Level point grading which totals 50 percent and UTME and Post Utme grading which totals 50 percent.
