Heineken is delighted to invite applications for the Fully Funded HEINEKEN International Graduate Programme 2024.

Available Opportunities.

#1. International Graduate Programme – Finance (2321)

To apply for this program, you should at least:

  • Have a degree or will graduate by September 2024 – preferably a Masters degree
  • Have an affinity with Finance, and a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or any similar field
  • Have no more than 2 years of professional work experience in February 2024 (voluntary and internships do not count)
  • Be at least fluent in English – preferably multilingual
  • Have the ambition to have an international career at HEINEKEN together with a genuine interest in other cultures – preferably already lived abroad.

#2. International Graduate Programme – Marketing & Sales (2361)

To apply for this program, you should at least:

  • Have a degree or will graduate by September – preferably a Master’s degree
  • Have an affinity with Marketing & Sales
  • Have a driver’s license
  • Have no more than 2 years of professional work experience in February(voluntary and internships do not count)
  • Be at least fluent in English – preferably multilingual
  • Have the ambition to have an international career at HEINEKEN together with a genuine interest in other cultures – preferably already lived abroad

#3. International Graduate Programme – Procurement (2362)

To apply for this program, you should at least:

  • Have a degree or will graduate by September – preferably a Master’s degree
  • Have an affinity with Procurement and a degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or any similar field.
  • Have no more than 2 years of professional work experience in February (voluntary and internships do not count)
  • Be at least fluent in English – preferably multilingual
  • Have the ambition to have an international career at HEINEKEN together with a genuine interest in other cultures – preferably already lived abroad

#4. International Graduate Programme – Corporate Affairs (2363)

To apply for this program, you should at least:

  • Have a degree or will graduate by September – preferably a Masters degree
  • Have an affinity with Corporate Affairs
  • Have no more than 2 years of professional work experience in February (voluntary and internships do not count)
  • Be at least fluent in English – preferably multilingual
  • Have the ambition to have an international career at HEINEKEN together with a genuine interest in other cultures – preferably already lived abroad

  • Have no more than 2 years of professional work experience in February (voluntary and internships do not count)
  • Be at least fluent in English – preferably multilingual
  • Have the ambition to have an international career at HEINEKEN and a genuine interest in other cultures – preferably already lived abroad.
