Job Summary
We have both private and public establishments in the country who have ongoing job openings for capable and hardworking personnel to work as Farm Workers. Successful candidates will be required to effective perform all assigned duties and tasks on the farm which ranges from planting of crops, operating of farm machine like tractors, bulldozers, and others
Applicants are also required to be able to lift heavy loads, capable of thriving under pressure and able to work in various working environment.
Job Pay
The payment for this job varies depending on the establishment, experience, and skills. However, on average, you’ll earn $12 – $20 per hour.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Proper and care operation of farm machinery and equipment
- Coordinate the effective cleanings and appearance of the farmland
- Handle the proper care and effective maintenance of farm machinery and equipment
- Responsible for the daily grooming and cleaning of horses
- Coordinate the proper cultivation and planting of crops
- Effective cleaning and changing of stalls and beddings
- Foster effective organization and management of the work area
- Strict compliance with established safety and establishments protocols
- Perform all other assigned responsibilities efficiently
