The SEARCA – Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) is a non-profit organization established by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO).

Scholarship Description:
Dr. Karl C. Ivarson was a soil scientist with Agriculture Canada in the Soil Research Institute, Soil Biochemistry Section.
In 1978 he was transferred to the Chemistry and Biology Research Institute where he researched and resolved many problems of the effect of microbial activity on mineral transformations in soils.
The Dr. Karl C. Ivarson Agricultural Scholarship was established in 2020 to support students from, or previously from, the province of Alberta pursuing studies in agriculture or a related field. The first scholarships were awarded in the 2020 academic year.
The number of scholarships will depend on the income initiated by Dr. Ivarson’s generous gift to the AIC Foundation. In the year 2024, there will be one Master of Science scholarship of $8,000 and one PhD scholarship of $13,000 (Thirteen thousand dollars).
The selection of scholarship beneficiaries will be based only on information provided as part of the application.
No limits are placed on scholarship applicants holding other grants or awards or receiving assistance or income from other sources.

Richard Davidson Undergraduate International Scholarship for Agricultural Science in UK

Currently, the University of Edinburgh is offering Richard Davidson Undergraduate International Scholarship. The scholarship is available for international students studying a full-time programme within the Global Academy of Agriculture and Food Security in the 2024 academic year.
The University of Edinburgh founded in 1582, is the sixth oldest university in the English-speaking world and one of Scotland’s ancient universities. The university is deeply embedded in the fabric of the city of Edinburgh, with lots of buildings in the historic Old Town belonging to the university.
Applicants who want to apply for this scholarship should have a very good command of English language.
Applicants must be nationals and residents of any country out with the UK and EU and be predisposed for the overseas rate of the tuition fees. Applicants must have applied for any BSc Agricultural Sciences programme offered by the Global Academy of Agriculture and Food Security commencing in the 2024 academic year. Applicants should have firmly accepted their offer of admission by the scholarship deadline of 31st May of the year of their application.
This scholarship is available for pursuing full-time Ph.D. Candidates within The Global Academy of Agriculture and Food Security and it will be awarded to study Agricultural Science (Animal Science to be precise) and Agricultural Science (Global Agriculture and Food Security).
The scholarship is worth £7,000 and is plausible for the period of your degree programme, subject to satisfactory progress. Only one scholarship is available, and the scholarship can be taken in the UK.

Anne Vallee Ecological Fund Scholarship – Fund Support
The AVEF (Anne Vallée Ecological Fund) is offering two $1,500 (One thousand, Five hundred US Dollars) scholarships to support registered students in animal research at the master or doctoral level in a Québec or British Columbia University. Anne Vallée Ecological Fund is focused on supporting field research in animal ecology, in relation with the impact of human activities such as industry, fishing, agriculture and forestry.

ENS International Selection Scholarships for International Students in France

Presently, the application is now open at École Normale Supérieure for Arts & Humanities and Sciences; this is a great opportunity for candidates that are eager to further their Studies under the above-listed courses.
Annually, ENS (École Normale Supérieure) organizes an international selection allowing the most promising international candidates, either in Science or in Arts and Humanities, to follow a Masters Degree and Diploma at the University.
The worth of this scholarship is 1,000 Euros (One thousand Euros) Monthly grant for three (3) years, the candidate will also be offered a room on one of the ENS campuses.
Eligibility
- Candidates should be under 26 years old when they apply.
- Candidates justify at least two years of undergraduate studies in a foreign university, on the 1st of September following admission.
- Candidates must not have lived in France for more than 10 months during the academic year of the selection nor the previous year.
- Candidates must justify at least one year of undergraduate studies awarded by a foreign university during the calendar year preceding the start of applications.

UQ PhD Scholarships for International Students in Australia (Masters/PhD)
