This scholarship is for all students involved in managing a restaurant, restaurant or hotel, or students doing food and nutrition-related majors.

The first preference refers to students attending Kentucky schools and it is seconded by culinary arts students at Johnson and Wales University, or a recognized Culinary Institute of America. People pursuing a life in Hotel and Restaurant Administration at any Indiana University Purdue and Bloomington, Indianapolis, University of Denver, Rochester Institute of Technology, Southeast Community College, Kendall College, or College of DuPage.

2. BARBARA ODOM-WESLEY SPIRIT OF ACHIEVEMENT SCHOLARSHIP

$2,000

Barbara Odom-Wesley’s  Grant was brought out to honor Barbara Odom-Wesley, chairman of Alpha-Captain Alpha Club Xa Theta Omega. This scholarship can be used at a university or university every two or four years.

Commercial, technical and cosmetic schools do not meet the requirements.

Pre-scholarship winners are generally assessed according to their financial needs and should be in African American secondary schools and currently attending classes in Arlington and Tarrant. A minimum of 2.5 GPA is required.

3. BERNOLD AND BEATRICE POLLARD SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

$1,900

MAY 31

Local American / Alaskan students visiting tribal universities can apply for a Full round American Indian scholarship and TCM Scholarship…

Common minimum requirements for both scholarships include:  citizenship

enrollment in an accredited tribal college

Members of tribal nations or at least one grandmother or successor to a registered parent will be members of the tribe.

(born in Alaska) as the original members of the headquarters.

8. COOK SOMETHING SCHOLARSHIP

$500

DECEMBER 15

AWARDS AVAILABLE: 1

Cook something Scholarship is a $500 for anyone registered (or willing to register) in nutrition education.

In short, if you are interested in a career in the food industry, stay in the US, and enroll in an undergraduate study in the field above, then you can apply.

Each winner will receive a scholarship of $ 500, which will be paid to a recognized college or cooking school,   If the winner is not enrolled in a college or a cooking school recognized in the next academic year, the prize fund will be deducted and offered as an alternative.

The Scholarship can be used for education or training. The Scholarship is not transferable. If applicable, the IRS 1099 form will be issued, and the winner can be invited to participate in the short interview.

9. DAIRY MANAGEMENT, INC. SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

National Dairy Promotion Research and Development Organization (DMI) through Dairy Management Inc. (DMI) provides up to 11 ($2,200) scholarships for students in grades 1 and 2 who are enrolled in a university/university program each year.

The main departments eligible for this award are communications / public relations, journalism, marketing, economics, nutrition, food science, and agriculture. NDPRB is also related by the James H. Loper Jr. Scholarship of $ 3,500 from an exclusive source.

ExxonMobil began to expand the number of students who lost experience in the field of astronauts, doctors, and businessmen of Bernard Harris and science, technology, engineering or mathematics.

14. FLORENCE SMITH POWERS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Florence Smith Memorial Fellowships are paid to students enrolled in four-year colleges.

Candidates must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.75 in the application and maintain a minimum of (2.75 GPA) per semester.

Career planning and applicant experience should focus on the meat industry, especially post-harvest products. Food and dietetic classes are also necessary.

Prepare an essay of 300-350 words that explains your career goals and future plans. The essay should focus on how these professional goals and objectives relate to the collection and production/preparation of meat products and how they can be useful.

The essay should also indicate the reason for applying for a scholarship.

15. FOR THE LOVE OF CHOCOLATE SCHOLARSHIP

DEADLINE VARIES

Through the generosity of foundation sponsors, alumni, vendors, and foundations,  employees can provide scholarships to train newbies through competitive bidding with special requirements.

The total number of scholarships and the amount received by the student are determined at the discretion of the Supervisory Board of the Foundation and are directly related to resources available for the semester.

Application:

  • Candidates should have the desire to develop their skills in cake making
  • Applicants must work as a restaurant or volunteer for at least 40 hours a semester.
  • Your supervisor should document your work.
  • Applicants must submit an essay and budget issues. Submit two letters of recommendation. – Applicants must demonstrate financial need.

16. FRANK DEBENEDETTI MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

The Frank DeBenedetti Memorial Fellowship ($2,500) is awarded to students, undergraduates, junior or senior students at four-year colleges. Scholarship candidates should pursue a major subject in animal science, meat, food or kitchen (art), emphasising meat preparation and processing/processing.

All companions participating in the NAMI annual meeting in the first quarter of this year will receive a $500 bonus and a certificate. Candidates must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 GPA in a statement, a minimum of  (2.75 GPA) in a 12-course load per semester and reputation during the fellowship.

17. FRED DAME SCHOLARSHIP

These food & nutrition Scholarships is secluded for applicants pursuing an education in food service, or a nutritionally related field with primary attention given to students attending California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, Purdue University, Houston University, or the University of South Carolina.

Secondary attention would be given to students enrolled in Auburn University.

If there are not many eligible students from any of these institutions, then eligible students from the NRAEF will be generally selected.

This emphasized Gladys Carol Scholarship Program is open to high school seniors, or high school graduates, and current undergraduate level students who are based in the  United States or permanent residents.

This eligible applicant for this food & nutrition Scholarships must pursue a full-time food science degree or (science, technology, engineering or math) degree at a recognized, nonprofit public or private four-year college of education, college or university in the United States.

At least an unweighted 3.75 GPA is required.

The scholarship can be renewed and offered continuously so long as eligibility requirements are met, and kept constant.
