The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is delighted to call on applicants to apply for the Tallinn University Master Scholarships to pursue a master’s program.

Tallinn University is a public research university in Estonia. Tallinn University is one of the three largest institutions of higher education in the country.

These scholarships are available for students from Ukraine, Georgia, and Afghanistan.

Above all, this program has the objective of producing graduates of responsible character with the necessary knowledge and skills for professional and national leadership.

What You Need to Know About the Tallinn University Master Scholarships

Eligibility: 

Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Master level (MA) applicants are required to have completed a Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.
  • At least 60% of the possible maximum results are expected.
  • A research Master’s program is a training course in advanced work.
  • The candidate learns the basics of research and new techniques under close supervision, and the resulting thesis should make an original contribution to the field of study.
  • MA degree programs take two years to complete.

The Tallinn University Master Scholarships is for candidates interested in a Master’s program.

Study Subject: 

These scholarships are awarded in the following fields:

  • International Relations program
  • Human-Computer Interaction program
  • Digital Learning Games program
  • Communication Management

Host Nationality

Scholarship can be taken at Tallinn University in Estonia

Eligible Nationality:

Applicants of Afghanistan, Georgia, and Ukraine are eligible for these scholarships.

Scholarship Award: 

These Tallinn University Master Scholarships will cover the followings:

  • International Relations program – one full scholarship per program for Georgian and Ukrainian applicants.
    The scholarship covers the tuition fee for two years (2700 EUR per year) and will provide a stipend of 300 EUR per month for two years (18 months).
  • Human-Computer Interaction program – two full scholarships per program for Afghan, Georgian, and Ukrainian applicants.
    The scholarship covers the tuition fee for two years (2500 EUR per year) and will provide a stipend of 300 EUR per month for two years (18 months).
  • Digital Learning Games program – two full scholarships per program for Georgian and Ukrainian applicants.
    The scholarship covers the tuition fee for two years (2500 EUR per year) and will provide a stipend of 300 EUR per month for two years (18 months).
  • Communication Management program – one full scholarship per program for Georgian and Ukrainian applicants.
    The scholarship covers the tuition fee for two years (3600 EUR per year) and will provide a stipend of 300 EUR per month for two years (18 months).

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree.

English Language Requirement: Applicants must be fluent in English.

How to Apply:

All applicants from target countries applying for the programs with the scholarship are automatically considered for the scholarship.

Thus, there is no separate application process and deadline for the scholarship and in order to be considered for the stipend, you should follow the regular application process for the degree studies at Tallinn University.
